Tax Preparation Services

In partnership with EITC and VITA, we offer free tax preparation services to individuals or families that reside in the City of Los Angeles earning less than $50,000 annually. Appointments are encouraged, walk-ins are accepted.

To accurately determine your EITC eligibility and prepare your returns, please bring the following information to your appointment:

- Photo ID
- Social security cards for self, spouse, and dependents.
- Birth dates for all persons listed on the tax return.
- Wage and earning statements: Form W-2, W-2G, and/or 1099-R from all employers.
- Interest and dividend statements from banks.
- Copies of the previous year’s tax returns.
- Bank routing and account numbers for direct deposit of your refunds.
- Other relevant information about income and expenses.
- Amounts paid for day care, if applicable.
