The Family Development Network (FDN) Program employs long-term case management to assist families in overcoming obstacles to a self-sufficient lifestyle. We collaborate with the Nuestra Communidad Colectiva, to provide the following services:

• Case management
• Childcare and early childhood development
• Legal
• Medical and/or mental health
• Mentoring and other programs for youth
• Youth Advocacy Program
• Individual/group and family counseling
